This three-day Influencing & Negotiating Skills training is designed to help you to get other people to see things slightly differently, or to get them to do something you need them to do which will be win-win for both parties at the end of it all.
The focus of the training is clearly on the interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills needed to get other people to want to give you their support.

- Tools and rules to move negotiations in the right direction to achieve your goals
- Managing Conflicts
- Negotiation styles and their effects: win-win, win-lose and lose-lose negotiation
- How to deal with manipulation and ‘dirty tricks’

By the end of the training, participants are expected to use tools and techniques acquired to:
